Condition: 

Loads of life in frets, little fret wear.
Age related dings and scrapes, some marking to the finish in places, which may buff out. We think they add charm.
Please see photos for cosmetics, overall great condition for the age. Hard to find one in this condition. 
Used but not abused. 

The guitar had been previously setup and the saddle taken down to help action. In our opinion both E strings have too little break angle, meaning we can rise up the action a little to solve this before shipping. 
It does however, play fine and holds tune well as is.
