Q) Do I have to book my guitar in for a setup?

A) You don't need to pre-book, you can just show up during business hours and drop your guitar off. We will tell you the current lead time, take your details and give you a drop off slip. We will then get in touch with you when it's ready for collection. 
You can pre-book online here, this saves time when dropping off, if you're in a hurry. 

Q) Do you offer guitar lessons? Or know someone who does? 

A) In short, Yes. We offer one to one lessons, tailored to you. They take place in store, during opening hours. We also offer gift vouchers if you would like to gift them. More info on lessons here: Lessons Page

Q) Do you do part exchange? 

A) Yes we do. Please get in touch with us via our contact page.

Q) Do you repair guitars? 

A) Yes, we have a workshop at our Conwy Store. You can drop your guitar off and we can quote any repair work in due course. Please get in touch with us via our contact page.

Q) Do you offer finance? 

A) Yes we do. The latest options can be found on any product page, showing you payment plans for each product. Spread the cost plans start from £35 and up.
