The Role

You’ll be working on a wide range of electric and acoustic guitars carrying out repair, restoration, servicing, and workshop work including:

  • Fret levelling, crowning & dressing
  • Nut replacement & cutting
  • Neck repairs & headstock repairs
  • Neck resets / neck glue work
  • Electronics diagnosis & rewiring
  • Structural repairs
  • Full setups & workshop servicing
  • Vintage and pre-owned instrument restoration

We’re looking for somebody who genuinely takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

Ideally you will have:

  • Previous luthier or professional guitar workshop experience
  • Strong repair and fault-finding ability
  • Confidence with more advanced repair work
  • A high standard of finishing and setup work
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for guitars and the music industry

Independent workshop experience is a huge plus.

Position Details

  • Part-time position
  • Flexible working arrangement available
  • Based in North Wales
  • Workshop/showroom environment
