All bookings are paid for in advance and the minimum booking is 2 hours.

Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the session may be moved to another available date or refunded.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable, although we may allow a booking to be moved at our discretion.

If Guitar Warehouse has to cancel your session, we'll offer an alternative date or a full refund.

Your booked session time includes arriving, loading in and setting up your equipment.

Once your booked session finishes, you have an additional 15 minutes for packing down and loading out.

Please make sure the room is completely vacated by the end of this 15-minute period so it's ready for the next booking.

Please treat the room and supplied equipment with care and report any faults or existing damage to us as soon as possible.

Customers may be charged for damage caused through misuse, negligence or deliberate actions. Normal wear and tear and genuine equipment failure will not be charged.

You are responsible for your own instruments, equipment and personal belongings while using the rehearsal room.

Maximum room capacity is 6 people. Smoking, vaping and illegal drugs are not permitted inside the premises.

Drinks must be kept away from electrical and supplied equipment. Please leave the room reasonably clean and tidy.

Fire exits, corridors and access routes must be kept clear. Fire safety equipment, CCTV and other building systems must not be interfered with.

Anti-social, abusive, dangerous or reckless behaviour may result in the session being ended without refund.

CCTV operates on the premises for security, safety and crime-prevention purposes.

Any access codes or entry information supplied for your booking must not be shared outside your booked group.

Anyone under 18 must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult unless agreed with Guitar Warehouse beforehand.
